How we got started
I Buy Houses Seattle was started by Andrew Kawafune, president of Optimus Ventures, Inc, with the hopes
of providing solutions for good people with real estate problems. Having a passion for real estate and for helping others,
Mr. Kawafune began buying houses in 1996, and since then he and his associates have bought and sold hundreds of houses.
Today, the focus for this group is the state of Washington, although we will consider deals anywhere in the country. We
